Horizon Line Coffee is a coffee bar and roastery located in the West End Artist District of downtown Des Moines, Iowa. Started by two friends from Southern California, their vision was simple: serve good coffee and care about others. There are many different ways to do this, but is done primarily through sourcing high quality, ethical, and traceable coffees, cultivating an inclusive community, and providing coffee education.

This is lived out by partaking in and continuing to cultivate the cultural, communal, and coffee growth in Des Moines, sourcing unique coffees where all people in the supply chain benefit, and by providing a space that encourages unlikely and diverse friendships. This will create more knowledge and experiences around coffee, an open and honest community, and will benefit the local community and global coffee supply chain.
