It is always a pleasure to work with Luis from Cosecha Traders, and this coffee from Faber Pacheco is no different. We have previously had a geisha varietal from Faber, and this coffee is another banger from him. The mosto fermentation*, a processing method used in wine production, produces a fun, slightly funky, and beautiful cup. 10/10 if you ask us!
